Ten teams began the boy's U-12 Cup competition divided into two groups of five. The top team from each group met in the final competing for the "U-12 Boys" trophy of the 2003 Futsal National Championship. Pictured to the right are the 2003 U-12 Boys medal winners. "MSC United F.C." (Gold Medal),  "Columbia Ajax F.C." (Silver Medal) and "MACSA" (Bronze medal). MSC United defeated Columbia Ajax  2-0 in an exciting final.
